About Keith
I've always been interested in fitness. Growing up I played multiple sports and would spend time in the gym very often. I always considered myself to be fit but when I joined the fire department I realized that there was a different kind of fitness that I was almost spending no time at all training on and that was "Functional Fitness." CrossFit is ALL THAT and more! CrossFit has showed me a level of fitness that I have never encountered before, getting me both stronger and faster than I have been before and improving my performance not only in the gym but on the fire ground as well which was of course more important to me. I've experience the impact that CrossFit has had in my life and I want to show everyone who walks through our doors how it can have the same impact in their lives no matter what the level of fitness is.
Turning Point
Motivation & Passion
I love seeing people conquer a fear or a doubt that they had in themselves or a goal that they have been working hard on and the joy that shows on their face and comes out of their mouth as they celebrate these huge moments. It really brings me joy to witness these milestones in our member's fitness journey and motivates me to keep pushing myself to have moments like this.
